Not legal or immigration advice

The calculator implements a self-computed reference of the EU's 90/180 day rule. It is not legal, immigration, or border-control advice. The single authoritative source for whether you may enter or remain in the Schengen Area is the EU Commission's official short-stay calculator and the consular authorities of your destination country. Always verify against those before booking travel or appearing at a border.

"As is", no warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that calculations are free of bugs or that the underlying EU rules will not change between visits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the calculator — including without limitation lost travel bookings, refused entry, fines, or entry bans. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the site.

Don't attempt to attack, scrape at abusive volume, reverse-engineer security controls, or use the site to violate any law.
